California Resident Privacy Statement

This California Privacy Notice ("Notice") supplements the main KyrosB2B Global Privacy Policy and applies strictly to individual residents of the State of California ("Consumers") pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (CPRA), codified at Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.100 et seq.

1. Statutory Scope & Notice at Collection

This Notice provides California Consumers with formal Notice at Collection regarding the categories of personal information to be collected, the commercial purposes for which such data will be used, whether such data is "sold" or "shared" (as defined under California law), and the applicable retention criteria.

3. Business & Commercial Purposes for Data Collection

KyrosB2B processes collected personal information strictly for commercial B2B demand generation purposes:

5. "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" Statutory Rights

California law defines "sell" (transfer of personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration) and "share" (sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising) broadly.

When a Consumer downloads content sponsored by a third-party enterprise brand, your business contact information is transferred to that sponsor. California Consumers maintain the absolute statutory right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information at any time.

Zero Minor Data Warrant: KyrosB2B does not knowingly sell or share personal information of minors under 16 years of age.

Pursuant to Cal. Code Regs. tit. 11, § 7025, KyrosB2B web properties detect and automatically process **Global Privacy Control (GPC)** opt-out preference signals transmitted by consumer web browsers.

When our system detects an active GPC signal, we automatically apply your opt-out preference for cross-context behavioral advertising and third-party data sharing without requiring additional form submission.
